Reflection: Seventh Grade
When I first arrived in August, I expected the teachers to be really strict and be up all night doing homework. I soon realized that the teachers were quite nice and we only got about half an hour of homework. By October, school started to become fun and enjoyable. Eventually, I figured out that the teachers actually care about you.
In seventh grade, I learned that if you procrastinate your homework than you will have a harder time getting the work done and might not get it turned in on time. I also learned, that if you push yourself and set goals for yourself than you will literally astound yourself about the things that you can accomplish. Lastly, I learned that the teachers care about you a whole lot more than it might seem.
As the year comes to a close, I look foreword to eighth grade, but I’m going to miss the teachers. If I had a do-over than I would have stayed in advanced math, so I could do IPC Science next year. My advice for next years seventh graders is, never give, it might seem hard at first, but it soon gets better.
